The Round Chair
"The Round One," as Wegner called it, is among his most famous Danish furniture pieces, embodying Danish woodworking and design philosophy in a modest way. Designed in 1950, it's Wegner's most important work. During the first televised presidential debate in 1960, both Kennedy and Nixon sat in The Round Chair.
